Exchange Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at guidekalatoshgmail.com 
and follow the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement item at some additional cost.

 
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Reporting a Problem:

Always make an unboxing video of your product If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at guidekalatosh@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Returns:

Return for one T-shirt will cost Rs. 200. Each additional T-shirt in the parcel will cost Rs. 100. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
