RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are a customer-focused company and always try to offer the best service Please review our return policy below.

Return Policy:

You may return your purchase within 7-10 days of receipt for any refund or exchange

subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Timeframe: You can return items within 7-10 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 1. Unworn

 2. Unwashed

 3. In the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached

RETURN PROCESS

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at guidekalatosh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

Return:

1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

2. Include your receipt or proof of purchase, and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our team.

3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Returns:

Return for one T-shirt will cost Rs. 200. Each additional T-shirt in the parcel will cost Rs. 100. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. 

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

ON SALE PURCHASE

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

kalatosh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
